Mantua, Italian Capital of Culture 2016

Mantua is the new Italian Capital of Culture for the year 2016; the City well renowned for the poet Virgilio and the painter Mantegna has outdone the competion of many other Cities. The City is already UNESCO World Heritage Site and it will be also the European Capital of wine and food in 2017, togheter with Bergamo, Brescia and Cremona.
