This Exhibition which will be held from March 5th to June 16th at the Scuderia del Quirinale in Rome, tells, through terrific 40 paintings, the history of the great painter Tiziano Vecellio ( 1480/85 AD – 1576 AD), who was born from a wealthy family in a small village at the foot of the Dolomites, and later, still at an early age, moved to Venice to learn the art of painting. The life of the great painter, one of the few to be also entrepreneur and owner of the his own workshop, and its various changes in style of painting, which went from the soft and balanced one to a stronger and material one in the mature age, even through specialization in portrait , are wonderfully described in the Exhibition.
It has been also drawn up a scientific catalog, through the work carried out by the Centre for Visual Arts of Bergamo University, to discern between the autograph works and those coming from his workshop.
